Shipping & Refund/Return Policy

1.Processing Times

All physical orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

UK Orders

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Tracked Delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch (if selected)

International Orders

Delivery times vary by country. Most international parcels arrive within 7–21 business days.
International customers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, and duties.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

3. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your chosen shipping method, you will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.

4. Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is correct at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for:

  • Parcels delivered to the wrong address

  • Parcels lost due to incomplete/incorrect address information

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information, reshipping fees may apply.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once dispatched, delivery timelines fall under the responsibility of the courier.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, we will assist by contacting the courier.

Replacements or refunds are issued only after the courier confirms the parcel as lost.

6. Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of external and internal packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

7. Returns & Refunds for Products

Beauty & Topical Products

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on beauty items

These items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged on arrival.

8. Refunds for Consultations & Services

All consultations, services, and bookings are non-refundable.

This includes (if applicable):

  • Herbal consultations

  • Women’s health consultations

  • Postnatal/wellness support sessions

  • Digital or email-based support

  • Missed or cancelled appointments

Once a consultation is booked, payment is final and non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

9. Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, contact us within 48 hours and we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund

Faults caused by misuse or mishandling are not eligible.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.

Consultation bookings cannot be cancelled for a refund but may be rescheduled upon request.
